Alto Canto Tequila Blanco asian beer 100% Cabernet Franc from 38This Blanco tequila from Tequila El Roco (NOM 1636) in the Sierra del Tigre, Jalisco, crafted by Maestro Tequilero Juan Reyes, is made from 100% certified organic Azul (Blue Weber) agave grown at an elevation of 9,000 feet. The agave is cooked for 72 hours in a brick oven, milled using a traditional stone tahona, and spontaneously fermented for roughly 80 hours with fibers included in open air wooden tanks using only ambient yeast and spring water.
