This is a unique and rare children's antique cast iron shoe shine with the foot rest sitting atop a prancing horse. There is a little spots of surface rusting that comes with cast iron but can be cleaned I have left it as found as I know some will want the original patina. It has a round base allowing it to stand on its own but does have holes on either side to allow it
