Victorian Rose Cut Diamond & Enamel Cherub Brooch blue enamel intaglio carved with a swanDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 This stunning antique gold brooch captures a charming romance, dating from the Victorian period, circa 1880. The brooch itself, crafted in 15k gold, looks much like a lyre or even harp to me, and a finely enamelled cherub takes centre stage. He is holding a horn, topped with rose cut diamonds symbolising a divine announcement and joy. Four lovely flowers are scattered over the mountain scene, where the rose cut diamond sun
