Alice et Olivier De Moor 'Bel-air et Clardy' Chablis, 2023 plumpjack with a little Vermentino100% Chardonnay from the parcels Bel Air and Clardy. Through trial and error the De Moor's figured that these parcels complemented each other best when blended. Although they are situated only 300 meters from each other they have very different expressions. As they often say, "this wine slaps." Pair it with poached lobster, popcorn shrimp, or your favorite sushi.
