Fitted waist panel features an overlap with decorative button at center front and a V above each hip. Skirt flares to a wider hem and closes with a center back zipper. Excellent vintage condition. Might fit a 24" waist but didn't close on the form which has no give and measures 24. 4" Waist: 23" Hip: Free Length: 30"
