Powder blue waffle weave cotton make up the straps and bust accent

The matching purse does not have a matching label but they were purchased and worn together by their original owner. Please zoom in on the photos to see the lovely corde detailing on the vamps. I couldn't make out a size but I believe them to be about a 6 1 2 7. They measure 9 5 8" long and 3 1 8" wide with a 3" wedge. The purse measures 8"x7. 5" and is about 2" deep across the
