Abby Smocked Tunic Size:2X The belle sleeves feature aThe Abby Smocked Tunic is a fantastic combination of "style meets function". It is made from our soft and stretchy smocked fabric and sports 3 4 sleeves with a dainty ruffle down both sides of the forearm. There are also exposed serged seams flowing from the front of the top to the back. The top has a rounded neck and another exposed serged seam that flows down the center of the back. These seams give the top even greater texture. Lastly, two
