Compatible with every adjustment hole, the handles can be positioned at the ideal height for any athlete. Built from 3 mm steel, they support loads of up to 500 kg, making them suitable for weighted dips as well as bodyweight training. For a more compact setup, the bars can also be mounted to the rear uprights so they extend into the rack.
